Why is the button gray?
Breaze turns off the Create Account button on purpose until your form is complete. Think of it as a gentle reminder: something still needs your attention.
The button may be labelled Create Account, Register, Create New User and Login, Continue, or Next — the same rules apply to all of them.
Good news: once every required field is done, the button should light up and let you click.
What to do - start here
Go through this list from top to bottom. Do not skip steps.
1. Read the whole form
Scroll from the very top to the very bottom. Required fields are often marked with:
- an asterisk (), or
- the word Required
Many people stop scrolling too early and miss a field at the bottom.
2. Fill in the basics

| First name & last name | Use the name on your work ID or how your employer knows you. |
Double-check spelling (example: jordan.lee@example.com). |

| Password | Follow any rules shown on screen (length, numbers, etc.). |
| Birthday | Select month and day - both are needed. |
3. Choose your company (very important)
This is the #1 reason the button stays gray.
- Click the Company, Employer, or Group dropdown.
- Start typing your company name.
- Click your company when it appears in the list.
- If your company is not listed and you see Create new company, use that and finish the short form.
Remember: typing your company name without clicking a list option usually does not count as complete.
4. Answer every question
Some forms ask Yes or No questions. Pick one answer for each.
If you answer Yes, new fields may appear underneath — fill those in before looking for the button again.
5. Accept the terms (if shown)
If you see I agree to the terms of use or I Agree:
- Tick the checkbox.
- You can read the terms by clicking the link, but you still need to check the box.
6. Wait a moment, then click
If the button briefly says Checking user…, wait a few seconds. When it is ready, click once.
