Issue
You completed a course again, but your Achievement still shows a completion date from a previous year. Printing or downloading it produces the same old date.
Some portals label Achievements as Certificates. They are the same object, and this article applies either way.
Why this happens
An Achievement keeps the date it was originally earned. Retaking the course on its own does not move that date forward. To get an Achievement carrying a current date, reset the existing one first, then retake the course.
Resolution
- Sign in and open the Menu — on your training portal, open the Menu on the right-hand side.
- Go to User Dashboard — your Achievements are listed here.
- Select the Achievement you want to refresh — click it to open its details.
- Click RESET and confirm — choose yes when you are asked to confirm.
- Retake the course — return to the section holding that course and complete it again.
A new Achievement is issued with the current date once you finish.
If the new date still does not appear
If you complete the course after resetting and no new Achievement is issued, contact your training administrator or submit a ticket. Include the exact course name so that support can check your account and reissue the Achievement.
