Issue/Symptoms
When you sign in to your training portal, your course list shows many courses, and you are not sure which ones you are supposed to complete.
This is expected. Some training portals show every learner the full list of courses so that each employer can choose the training their people need. You only need to complete the courses your supervisor has asked you to take.
Resolution
- Ask your supervisor which courses you need — your supervisor, or whoever asked you to complete the training, decides which courses you are required to take. TLN Customer Support is not told which training each person is assigned and cannot confirm this for you.
- Open only those courses — select each required course from your course list and complete it.
- Leave the rest — you do not need to start or complete courses your supervisor has not asked you to take.
Notice: If a course your supervisor asked you to take is not in your list, it may be one your employer enrols people in individually. Ask your supervisor to have you enrolled.
