Your Breaze Home page shows the Sections that have been assigned to you. A Section is a unit of content (think of it like a course). You won’t see every Section that exists in Breaze, only the ones meant for you.
How Breaze decides what to show you
Breaze uses groups to organize people — for example by site, role, or employer. An administrator assigns each Section to one or more groups. A Section appears on your Home page when:
- you belong to a group it’s assigned to, or
- it’s assigned to a parent group above yours.
Assignments flow downward. Anything assigned to a broad, top‑level group (such as one that includes everyone) appears for everyone beneath it.
Topics
Related Sections are grouped on your Home page under Topics — categories that organize the Sections you can see. A Topic only groups Sections for display; it doesn’t change which Sections you’re assigned.
Seeing a Section you don’t expect
The Section has been assigned to one of your groups — often a broad, high‑level group. Your Breaze administrator can adjust the group assignment so the Section only shows to the right people. Reach out to your administrator or submit a ticket and mention the Section name.
A Section you expect is missing
You’re likely not yet in a group that’s assigned to it. Your administrator can add you to the right group, or assign the Section to your group.
